Chevrolet Uplander (also called Buick Terraza or Pontiac Montana SV6) was introduced in 2005 in 4-door minivan body style (a short-wheelbaseand a long-wheelbase versions). The standard engine was the 3.5 L High Value 3500 LX9 V6 200 hp (149 kW) 220 lb·ft (298 N·m). In 2006, the 3.9 L LZ9 V6 240 hp (179 kW) 240 lb·ft (332 Nm) engine was added as an option. In 2007, the 3.5L LX9 engine was dropped and the 3.9L became the base engine while the 3.9 L LGD (a flexible fuel version of the LZ9) 240 hp (179 kW) 240 lb·ft (332 Nm) became an option.
